• Experience with Atlassian collaboration tools, particularly Jira
• Experience using Subversion (SVN) version control system
• Experience with Geographical Information Systems (GIS), ESRI Arc Tools, Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) WMS - particularly OGC Web Mapping Service, GDAL, Image programming/processing - GIF, JPEG, MPEG, etc..., FFMPEG, Google Earth, KML/KMZ/GML, PostgreSQL/PostGIS
• Experience with Visual Studio 2010
• Experience with Cmake
• Advanced I/O methods
• Dynamic memory management
• Multi-threading
• HPC
• IPC
• Programming web services
